Our story
We founded OnCloud after seeing the same pattern again and again. A big vendor shows up with an impressive presentation, and in the end someone else runs the project — sometimes less experienced, sometimes leaving halfway through. After the project, the customer discovers a support desk that doesn’t know them.
We wanted to build something different: a small team of senior engineers, where the people who design are the people who implement, and the people who did the project with you are the ones who answer the phone afterwards.
More than 300 projects later, that’s still the principle.
What we do
- Microsoft 365 security: designing and implementing Entra ID, Intune, Defender and Purview with Zero Trust.
- Griffin31: continuous checks of Microsoft 365 security settings.
- Admin rights management: removing local admin rights with Admin By Request.
- Web security: control over what reaches endpoints and where people browse.
- Software updates: automatic updates for third-party apps in Intune and ConfigMgr with Patch My PC.
Griffin31: the product we built from the field
In every project we built ourselves checks, scripts and lists to know what was configured right and what wasn’t. Over time we realized this shouldn’t be a one-off project but a continuous check. That’s how Griffin31 was born: more than 370 checks written by our engineers, with priorities and remediation steps from our experience with customers. Today more than 100 organizations use it. The team
10 information security engineers and architects specializing in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender. There’s no layer of project managers between you and the engineer: the people who design are the people who implement, and the people who implement are the people who support you afterwards.

How we work
Three principles, in short. The full version is in the "Why OnCloud" section on the home page.
- The same team from start to finish. The people who design the project are the people who carry it out and support it afterwards.
- No unnecessary commitments. You don’t need to transfer your Microsoft 365 licensing to get started, and you pay for actual use.
- Support from the team itself. When something isn’t working, you talk to an engineer who knows your environment, not a call center.
