Web Access Management

Web Access and Endpoint Browsing Security

Full control over what employees download and where they browse — without new servers, without slowing the internet, and without wrestling with network settings.

The real problem

  • One antivirus is a gamble

When a new malicious file arrives that it doesn’t know, the file runs — and you face a breach or ransomware.

  • The file is the danger, not the site

Blocking by category no longer protects you: ransomware also comes from sites that look legitimate.

  • Innocent link, different destination

The download sits on a blocked external server, and to help one employee you open whole environments.

  • No protection outside the office

From home or a café, the office filtering layer simply disappears.

The solution

Instead of trying to catch the file after it already runs, we stop a second earlier and ask: may this file be downloaded at all, who is downloading it, and under which conditions?

The system sits on the employee’s computer (Windows) and separates browsing from downloading: browse and read — freely. Download software and installers — a strict gatekeeper checks everything.

  • Private and local — No data is sent to an outside cloud for inspection.
  • No slowdown — No servers in the path to delay traffic.
  • One-click activation — No new servers and no firewall rule changes — just a small agent on the endpoint.

How download control works

  • 30+ engines in parallel — Before a file is allowed, it is checked against a huge database and scanned in parallel by more than 30 antivirus engines. If one misses, the others catch it.
  • Known software flows through — Software approved by signature and digital certificate downloads instantly. Anything else stops, the employee gives a reason, and the request comes to you for approval.
  • Blocks that can’t be bypassed — Software you decided to block stays blocked, with a clear message to the employee.
  • The file is locked immediately — Every download lands in a locked, isolated folder and can’t be opened until the checks finish.
  • Identity check for sensitive downloads — Require MFA through the company Microsoft account before the file is released.
  • Out-of-date computer — no downloads — Connected to Microsoft Intune: a non-compliant computer can keep browsing, but can’t download until it is fixed.
  • Shared computers — Only the computer’s owner can download files; everyone else can only browse.

And more

  • Background updates — Detects and logs automatic updates that download files without the user noticing.
  • Browser control — Decide which browsers are allowed and block outdated versions.
  • Flexible browsing — Block specific sites, or grant temporary access (for example 4 hours) to a site an employee needs for a task.
  • Rules per team — Strict rules for finance and HR, more flexible ones for developers — from the same console.
  • Everything is logged — Who downloaded what and when, what was blocked and when a threat was found — with alerts and a link to your ticketing system.
